Membership Policies
How is the membership structured?
Your membership is your facial. Each month, your fee reflects one facial in your membership tier at a preferred member rate — a $30 discount from the standard price. This preferred rate may also be extended to a second facial within the same month, with the additional treatment billed at the time of booking.
Account Standing
Membership privileges, including preferred pricing on treatments and products, are available only when the account is in good standing.
How do I choose the membership that best complements my needs?

What is the minimum term of commitment for membership?
Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment and are billed monthly.

Which treatment plans are adapted for pregnancy and postpartum care?
All of our facials are designed to be safe and supportive during postpartum with thoughtful adaptations for your comfort. During pregnancy we recommend the Diamond Microdermabrasion Facial membership as HydraFacial is not recommended during pregnancy. Please let our professionals know during your consultation so we can tailor every detail to your needs.
CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TIER?
Yes — you may adjust your membership tier at any stage to reflect your evolving treatment needs. Contact our team in-clinic, by phone, or at info@purebeautysobe.com to arrange the change.
CAN I UPGRADE MY MONTHLY FACIAL?
Yes — you may enhance your monthly treatment to explore an alternative protocol. The fee will be the difference between your monthly membership rate and the member price for the selected facial.
May I combine two facials into a single extended treatment?

How do I begin my membership journey?
You may join online through our treatments page here. Many guests begin with a virtual consultation to explore the membership that best aligns with their skin goals. Once selected, we can activate your membership before checkout so your chosen facial is seamlessly included.
When will my membership fee be processed?
Your membership fee will be processed automatically each month on the date you enroll, using the payment method we have securely on file.
How may I update the payment details for my membership?

May I schedule more than one facial within the same month at my member rate?
Yes — as a member, you may enjoy additional treatments at your preferred member rate, with up to two facials each month.
Is it possible to pause my membership?
Yes — should you be away or unable to visit, your membership may be placed on hold for up to one month during your initial three-month term, and up to two months during each subsequent three-month period.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE AND MEMBER PRICING?
Your monthly membership fee provides a credit for one facial each month, with the treatment type determined by your membership tier. Any additional facials you choose to enjoy will be available at your preferred member rate.
Which membership is most suitable for teenagers?
With parental consent, memberships may be tailored to address a teenager’s unique skin concerns. We invite you to arrange a virtual or in-person consultation with a parent or guardian so we may guide you toward the most suitable program.
HOW DO I USE MY MEMBER GUEST PASS?
Member guest passes may be given to individuals who have not previously received a Pure facial. To redeem, contact our Concierge Team at 305-763-8002 or email info@purebeautysobe.com to coordinate the appointment.
CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER GUEST?
Membership facials are reserved exclusively for you, but should you need to transfer your membership to someone else we allow this once for the original membership holder.
How is the member referral program designed?
Refer a new guest to Pure and both you and your referral will receive a $10 credit toward your next treatment or product purchase. To issue and redeem this credit, contact our Guest Concierge Team by phone at 305-763-8002 or email info@purebeautysobe.com.
Where can I find the details of the membership policy?
Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers. Active members in good standing enjoy preferred pricing on injectables and additional treatments, as well as exclusive value on product selections in-store and online. Purchase or use of a membership signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Pure Membership Program.
If I am unable to attend my monthly treatment, will my session credit remain available?
If you are unable to attend your monthly facial, please connect with our Guest Concierge Team at 305-763-8002 or info@purebeautysobe.com. Session credits may be preserved up to twice within your membership and must be used within the same six-month term.
May I extend my member privileges to family or friends?

CAN I USE GIFT CARDS TO PAY FOR MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE?
Gift cards may be used for products and additional treatments at your member rate; however, they cannot be applied to your recurring monthly membership fee.
Do you prorate fees if I change tiers mid-month?
Membership adjustments take effect at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month and receive a higher-tier facial before the next billing date, the difference between tiers will be charged at that time. If you downgrade, the current month’s fee remains non-refundable; however, if a lower-tier facial is received prior to your next billing cycle, the value difference may be applied toward additional treatments or products.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Do member benefits apply to promotional services?
Member rates and promotional offers may not be combined; you may select the option that best suits you at the time of purchase.
Is the membership a subscription that auto-renews?
Yes — memberships renew automatically every six months to ensure uninterrupted access to your benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Membership services follow our standard cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a $100 fee charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
